The fair is back on club penguin and so is Rockhopper. If you go to the beach you will find his ship. Play some game there see his plans and he's brought some stuff with him! If you are a member you will be able to go to the great puffle circus! Where you will be able to see all the puffles perform tricks. you will be able to buy stuff with tickets!
